We are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee recruiting, scheduling, employee engagement, and client relations. This key leadership role helps ensure exceptional service for our clients while supporting and developing our caregiver team.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers
- Manage caregiver scheduling and fill open shifts
- Maintain employee and client records, compliance, and documentation
- Monitor timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and billing systems for accuracy
- Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary counseling
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Process new client inquiries, referrals, and service requests
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience; healthcare or home care experience preferred
- Experience with recruiting, staffing, scheduling, or employee management
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
