Overview:
We are seeking a full-time lead to join our growing team. The lead is responsible for overseeing front desk and attraction employees, assist customers with any questions, requests, or issues, and make sure parties and events happening at the location run smoothly. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have a positive attitude and an outgoing personality - you'd be a great fit!
Team Lead responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the front desk and attractions
- Take food and soft drink orders as needed
- Maintain the cleaningness and organization of the main floor (bowling lanes and attractions) and bowling shoes
- Assist customers with arcade prize redemption
- Oversee front desk and attraction staff
- Oversee parties and events
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to sales and customer service
- Experience with a cash register and retail sales is a plus
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
