We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team and immediately contribute to increasing our production volume to help more dogs live life unleashed!
The person in this role will assemble, inspect, and test GPS Fence dog collars. The successful candidate must be able to work independently from work instructions, test procedures, and on the job training.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, weigh and ship daily D2C orders via Shopify platform
- Receive, inspect and process incoming product returns, warranties and exchanges. Communicate results to customer service team for customer communication.
- Receive incoming shipments
- Prepare and maintain records in connection with goods shipping and received
- Perform traces on shipments, as required
- Contact carriers for pickups & address updates, as required
- Prepare and ship product shipments in accordance with retailer requirements
- Maintain certifications and keep policies up-to-date with regards to shipping hazardous materials and international shipping policies with shipping carriers/logistics
- Operate hand trucks or pallet trucks as required
- Assist in unloading carriers and participate in storage of material

Requirements

- 2+ Years of shipping and receiving experience including order fulfillment
- Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs
- This is a full-time position on a 4/10 schedule (10 hours/day, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a half hour paid break). Overtime required as requested.
- Full-time Pay: up to $23 per hour based on experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with order fulfillment in Shopify, or similar ecommerce platform
- Must love dogs and be comfortable in a dog-friendly office
