Duties
- Supervise and care for adults of various ages, ensuring their safety at all times
- Plan and implement appropriate activities that promote community bonding, learning, and fun
- Provide hands-on care , including feeding, diapering, and hygiene support as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to update them progress, behavior, and daily activities
- Maintain a safe environment by following safety protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary
- Support adults with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and adults across various age groups.
- Demonstrated teaching experience with adults.
- Knowledge of adult development principles, behavior management strategies, and activity planning for adults.
- Valid certification in first aid and CPR; ongoing training preferred.
- Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration.
- Prior experience in daycare settings, babysitting, nannying, or youth programs is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow mandated reporting laws and ensure adult safety at all times.
- Passion for caregiving with a positive attitude and patience to support adult's growth in a nurturing environment.

Pay: $15.15 - $16.50 per hour
