Vent Hood Cleaning Technician (Overnight)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Power washing commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, fans, filters, and related components)
- Setting up and breaking down job sites (extension ladders, plastic sheeting, tools, and cleanup)
- Operating pressure washers, vacuums, hoses, and specialized equipment
- Following safety procedures while meeting job timelines
- Communicating professionally with customers to ensure job satisfaction
- Occasionally installing rooftop grease containment systems or exhaust accessories
Preferred
- 1+ year experience in hood cleaning, pressure washing, or similar industrial work
What You’ll Need
Required
- At least 1 year of recent overnight manual labor experience (not driving or delivery)
- At least 1 year in a physically demanding role (construction, warehouse, landscaping, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and early start times
- Comfortable working at heights and using extension ladders
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
