Responsibilities

Advise business owners and individuals on estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax-efficient strategies.

Develop and implement business succession and legacy planning solutions.

Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related business planning documents.

Prepare partnership, shareholder, and related business agreements.

Stay current on changes in federal and state tax laws to ensure clients receive the most effective and compliant legal guidance.

Build trusted client relationships by delivering practical, customized legal solutions.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active license and good standing with the State Bar.

2 to 3+ years of experience in estate planning, taxation, business planning, or a related practice area.
