Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and motivated Human Resources Floor Representative to support our workforce during 2nd shift operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing HR support while helping maintain a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
Essential Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor to support employees and supervisors.

Assist with employee relations matters and address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor attendance and assist with attendance-related processes.

Support onboarding, orientation, and new hire integration.

Answer employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related topics.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Partner with management to support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
Qualifications

Previous experience in Human Resources, Staffing, Administrative Support, or a related field preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
