About All Claims Repairs
All Claims Repairs is a full-service restoration contractor serving residential and commercial property owners across Ohio and Florida. We specialize in water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction services, guiding customers from emergency response through complete property restoration.
We work with many of the nation's largest Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance partners. We're looking for an experienced TPA Coordinator who understands the fast-paced world of restoration and knows how to keep TPA jobs moving from assignment to completion.
Position Summary
The TPA Coordinator serves as the primary administrative liaison between All Claims Repairs and our Third-Party Administrator partners. This role is responsible for ensuring every TPA assignment is accepted promptly, documented accurately, updated consistently, and compliant with each program's requirements.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of direct experience coordinating TPA restoration claims who can contribute immediately with minimal training.

Responsibilities
TPA Assignment Management
- Monitor multiple TPA portals throughout the day for new assignments
- Accept and dispatch new losses according to client service level agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate assignments across Ohio and Florida operations
- Verify claim information and ensure jobs are assigned correctly
- Track job status from assignment through completion
Portal & Documentation Management
- Maintain accurate documentation in all required TPA platforms
- Upload estimates, photos, drying documentation, invoices, and required reports
- Ensure all milestones are completed on time
- Monitor aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding items
- Maintain compliance with individual TPA program requirements
Internal Coordination
- Serve as the communication bridge between field teams, project managers, estimators, accounting, and TPAs
- Follow up with internal teams to collect required documentation
- Escalate issues that could impact compliance or customer satisfaction
- Help prioritize work based on contractual deadlines
Customer & Partner Communication
- Respond promptly to TPA coordinators and insurance representatives
- Provide professional updates regarding job progress
- Coordinate scheduling information when requested
- Maintain positive working relationships with national account partners
Reporting & Quality Control
- Review open jobs for missing documentation
- Track KPI performance including response times and compliance metrics
- Assist leadership with TPA scorecards and performance reporting
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating restoration claims through TPAs
- Experience working for a restoration contractor (preferred)
- Strong understanding of restoration workflows from emergency response through reconstruction
- Experience using multiple TPA portals such as Contractor Connection, Contractor Network, Sedgwick, Alacrity, Next Gear, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage dozens of active files simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Xactimate
- Experience using Dash, PSA, Next Gear, Encircle, MICA, or similar restoration software
- Familiarity with drying documentation and mitigation workflows
- Understanding of insurance claims processes
- Experience working remotely with distributed operations teams
