Plant Manager – Chemical Manufacturing
Longstanding detergent manufacturer located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago is seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented individual to fill an immediate, full time management position involving a range of responsibilities. The candidate is expected to perform within a group management operation to coordinate equipment maintenance and repair, production planning, quality control, regulatory compliance, inventory management, personnel supervision and other critical tasks. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in chemical manufacturing a plus. Some capacity for mechanical repairs, electrical and plumbing work is required. Computer proficiency is also required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. The ability to speak some Spanish is a plus, though not required. We offer a competitive salary with paid vacation and other benefits, including a 401(k) program.
