Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide mental health counseling and support to clients. Your expertise in behavioral therapy will be essential in helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience with telehealth services and a strong understanding of clinical terminology.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals.
- Provide counseling services utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including behavioral therapy.
- Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
- Engage in diagnosing for insurance.
- Work in -person for the quality and care of clients in a therapeutic setting.
- Stay informed about developments in special education and mental health practices.
Experience
- A valid license as a Professional Clinical Counselor is required, we are not hiring LPC or LSW.
- Proven experience in mental health counseling, private practice and a variety of skills: couples, children, adolescents and adults.
- Familiarity with medical terminology , HIPAA, and strong documentation skills
- Experience with telehealth services is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in crisis management and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of special education practices , and marriage counseling, EMDR is a plus. Able to work independently and professionally.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
