American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring at least 1 year of experience and a current MI RN license.

Hospital-based Progressive Care Unit (11 East)
-
Oncology patient population, including patients receiving chemotherapy infusions
-
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
-
13-week contract assignment
-
Active MI RN license required
-
Current BLS certification required
-
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required

Oncology experience preferred

Completion of ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course or OCN certification required to administer chemotherapy to actively infusing patients

Administer non-vesicant chemotherapy after completing unit-based oncology course and orientation

Vesicant chemotherapy administration requires completion of ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course

Candidates without ONS course completion or OCN certification will not be assigned to patients actively receiving chemotherapy infusions

Local candidates accepted for RNs residing in CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NC, NE, NY, OH, OR, or PA
