Mandolino's Artisan Pizza
Mandolino’s Artisan Pizza is seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our small, independently owned, team-based restaurant. This role is essential to our daily operations and overall guest experience. The Dishwasher will be individually responsible for maintaining all dishwashing duties — even during high-volume, busy service periods — ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout the shift
- Keep pace during busy service times while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Assist with basic cleaning duties including floors, trash removal, and sanitation tasks
- Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
