To provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support related to the Paint department.

Prepare surfaces to be painted or sealed as requested by the working instructions using abrasives, solvents, and brushes.

Installs masking for strips or other aircraft painting detail.

Mixes stirs and thins paint or other coatings, using spatula or power mixing equipment.

Perform spraying of base and top coatings assuring compliance with technical and quality requirements
Education: General: high school, GED & understand, read and write English
Experience: 3-5 years
Skills: Basic knowledge of sanding and prepping of parts ready for coating application. Ability to show adequate communication skills to a diverse group of people
