We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience, whether by delivering food promptly or warmly welcoming them at the front of the house.

Duties
- Greet guests, providing a welcoming and efficient start to their dining experience.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables with accuracy and professionalism.
- Ensure all dishes are delivered promptly and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to keep orders flowing smoothly.
- Support guest satisfaction by answering questions and addressing requests.
- Help with restaurant setup and closing duties, ensuring a seamless operation.
- This is NOT a bartender role which is staffed separately by 14th Star Brewing.
- Must be able to work lunch shifts Thursday & Friday (starting at 11 am) in addition to evenings & weekend shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills. (if you don't like people or like working with people this is not the job for you)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Experience in catering or food truck operations is a bonus.
