Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Substitute. This full-time position involves stepping in for regular staff members as needed, providing continuity of education and support to students. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to engage with students in a positive and effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver lesson plans and educational activities in accordance with the teacher sub plans.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for students.
- Manage classroom behavior and enforce school policies.
- Provide support to students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks, including attendance and reporting on student performance.
- Foster a culture of respect and inclusivity within the classroom.
