Homestead Financial Mortgage is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This is an individual contributor role responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive qualified mortgage leads, strengthen our online presence, and support business growth. This position does not have direct reports but plays a critical role in our marketing strategy and overall company success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate qualified mortgage leads.
- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Develop and optimize landing pages for lead generation.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Analyze KPIs and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy and growth initiatives.
- Support loan officer recruiting through digital marketing campaigns when needed.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with applicable mortgage advertising regulations.
- Stay current on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $95,000–$120,000 annually
- Performance bonus: Eligible to earn an additional up to 20% of annual base salary based on achievement of agreed-upon performance metrics and other key business objectives.
