The Role
We're looking for motivated, confident communicators who love connecting with people and enjoy the thrill of generating qualified meetings. You'll be placed inside our clients' accounts to run their outbound — representing their brand, calling their prospects, and booking meetings for their sales team, using proven call frameworks and CRM tools to hit contact and meeting goals.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified business leads
- Introduce and position our clients' services to decision-makers
- Qualify prospects against ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Book and confirm meetings with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate call dispositions and notes in HubSpot CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly talk-time, dial-rate, and meeting targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of SDR, cold-calling, or B2B outbound experience
- Excellent communication and active-listening skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
- Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet
- U.S.-based and legally eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099)
Compensation
- $18–$27/hr base, depending on assignment (20–40 hrs/week)
- Performance bonuses on qualified meetings and client conversions
