Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for assisting in the processing of ag and commercial loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the agricultural and commercial industry and develop your skills in underwriting and loan servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist loan officers with the preparation of loan documents, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct thorough reviews and maintenance of loan files.
- Analyze financial data using basic math and computer software to ensure loan-to-value ratios.
- Maintain accurate records of loan processing and communicate with borrowers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the loan servicing team to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan lifecycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing borrower inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the agricultural or commercial industry, preferably as a loan processor.
- Strong understanding of underwriting and servicing processes.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Experience in a bank or customer service setting.
