Position Overview

Qualifications
- Active NP license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience
- Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers required
- Knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection practices
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
- Passion for continuing education and advanced aesthetic techniques
- Professional, polished, and client-centered demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Preferred Experience
Experience with the following is considered a strong asset:
- Biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse)
- PRP/PRF treatments
- Microneedling and regenerative aesthetics
- Full-face balancing and comprehensive treatment planning
- Luxury client experience and relationship building
- Social media content participation and patient education
Responsibilities
- Perform safe, customized injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, pre/post care, and long-term skin health
- Maintain accurate and detailed charting/documentation
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Deliver exceptional client care with professionalism and warmth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistent results
- Collaborate with the EG Aesthetics team to support practice growth and client retention
- Participate in trainings, team meetings, and continued education opportunities
- Contribute to a positive, elevated, and welcoming practice culture
