Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Master Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and spa services that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in skincare, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and other advanced skin care techniques will help create a relaxing, rejuvenating environment for every guest. As a licensed professional, you will also educate clients on skincare routines, recommend retail products, and contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes health and beauty.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures with precision and care.
- Deliver spa services such as waxing services, dermaplaning and facials.
- Provide advanced aesthetic treatments like chemical peels and dermabrasion to improve skin texture and appearance.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their experience and promote ongoing skin health.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure a comfortable experience.
- Assist in promoting our services through product demos and upselling retail items that complement aesthetic treatments.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Master Esthetician with current licensing credentials.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapies.
- Skilled in providing spa services such as waxing and facials.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and best practices for maintaining a clean treatment environment.
- Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while ensuring client comfort and safety.
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills who is eager to educate clients about skincare products and treatments.
