What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at an automotive-related location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, vehicle lot concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage lots, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and/or visitors, and help to control traffic flow around gates, service areas, and delivery locations.

Support site operations by observing for maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations, then communicating findings through routine reports, logs, and/or verbal updates.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Possess a TSA issued TWIC.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and a rustic guard shack.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
