· Overall: Maintaining organization’s IT network, servers and security systems
· User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employees, guiding them through technical problem-solving via phone, email or in person
· Hardware & Software Setup: Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and hardware like desktops, laptops, printers, and phones
· Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network, software, and hardware errors and outages by running diagnostics and testing systems to ensure systems remain updated and running smoothly
· User Administration: Set up credentials and access permissions for new hires and manage account deactivations for offboarding
· Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service requests, repairs performed and update technical support procedures
· Inventory: Responsible for inventory of all IT assets and ensure they are maintained properly
· Website: Maintain and update organization’s website managed through GoDaddy
· Policy Oversight: Implement and monitor organization’s IT policies and procedures
·Reporting: Run quantitative program reports on various youth programs as required by funders
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with networks, patch management and cloud technologies
- Proficient in managing network infrastructure and implementing system improvements
- Strong ability to troubleshoot a variety of IT issues
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline preferred.

Hours: Full-time position (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week). Available evening hours for initial onboarding process.

Our primary goal is the creation, promotion and implementation of programs and services, which stresses youth development and meets the expressed and demonstrated needs of youth and their families in the Town of Huntington.
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
