Dynasty Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations for one of our valued manufacturing clients. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, promotes teamwork, and is committed to safety, quality, and production excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead manufacturing employees during daily operations.
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Train, coach, and develop production team members.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies.
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
- Promote continuous improvement and efficiency throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing production schedules and meeting KPIs.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with ERP or production management systems is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
