We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and hands-on Client Experience Coordinator to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and help grow the business. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is tech-savvy, creative, customer-focused, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to ensure the success of the smoothie bar.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the smoothie bar.
- Lead, schedule, and motivate staff members.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Monitor inventory
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance.
- Handle cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Track social media performance and identify opportunities to grow our online presence.
- Think outside the box to develop creative marketing campaigns, community partnerships, and promotional events.
- Assist with onboarding new team members.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Step in wherever needed and be willing to take on multiple tasks to support the team and business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using computers, point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and business growth.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
