Bales Security is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Unarmed Security Officers to work in the Tampa area. Our Unarmed Security Officers must have a strong work ethic, and possess quality customer service skills. Qualified officers must have their CLASS D SECURITY LICENSE issued by the State of Florida, and reliable transportation is a must. Successful candidates must know how to work smart, possess situational awareness of their surroundings, and understand and follow Post Order requirements as well as Florida State Laws.
Our Agency represents all manner of important client sites such as Schools, Executives, Banks, and other high-profile environments. Qualifications:

- Proficiency in writing reports;

Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of property and personnel;
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations;
- Be able to contact local law enforcement in the event that a trespass order is warranted;
- Write detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations;
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor for suspicious activities;
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their concerns;
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
