Client Support Representative – Hiring Immediately – Saint Louis, MO

What you'll do:
- Respond to client questions and requests with professionalism and genuine care
- Troubleshoot and resolve account, billing, or service issues
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of every client interaction
- Follow through on open items until they're fully resolved
- Consistently hit daily productivity and quality benchmarks
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong, clear communication skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems at once
- Reliable attendance — we need someone we can count on
- A calm, patient approach even when things get busy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
