What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Executive, you'll work directly with local business owners and decision-makers to help them provide valuable employee benefit solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and community leaders
- Presenting customized insurance and employee benefit solutions
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Managing your sales pipeline using our CRM system
- Following up with prospective clients and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Negotiating and closing business agreements
- Representing Impact Business Group with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
