This position provides high-level administrative support to the CEO/Senior Leadership Team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Executive Support

Provide administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership
-
Schedule and coordinate complex meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and other travel logistics.

Coordinate and manage company-sponsored events, meetings, luncheons, and catering arrangements, including logistics and support for organization-wide events such as Anchor All-Hands meetings, new team member orientations, and customer luncheons.

Manage calendars and assist with prioritizing schedules and

Provide Front Office coverage when

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of

Monitor task completion and follow up on

Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in composing, proofreading, and formatting business communications.

Manage multiple competing priorities, deadlines, and projects

Prepare meeting materials when

Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement, enhance efficiency, and support the Senior Leadership Team’s administrative and strategic initiatives.

Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, policies, procedures, and other business

Education/Experience:

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years supporting senior leadership or executive level

Experience managing confidential information and executive

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive company

Proven ability to demonstrate efficient time management and ability to prioritize

High level of discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email systems, internet-based tools, and emerging AI, specifically Microsoft Co-Pilot.
