We are a fast-paced, customer-focused powersports dealership in Littleton, Colorado, representing industry-leading brands including Yamaha, Kawasaki, Indian Motorcycle, Polaris, and CFMOTO. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our leadership team and help drive profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Compensation
- $70,000–$95,000+ annually, based on experience and performance
- Commission and performance-based incentives included
Position Overview
The Finance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the F&I process, including customer financing, compliance, product presentation, and lender relationships. This role works closely with sales and management to maximize deal structure, ensure accuracy, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell financing options, service contracts, GAP, and other protection products
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance and transparency
- Work with multiple lenders to secure competitive financing
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Build and maintain strong lender and OEM relationships
- Collaborate with sales staff to improve finance performance
- Deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Finance Manager or F&I experience in automotive or powersports preferred
- Strong understanding of lending programs and compliance
- Proven ability to close and present products
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Team-focused mindset in a fast-paced dealership environment
