About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Med Spa Sales Consultant / Patient Coordinator who knows the aesthetics industry inside and out. This is a sales-driven position for someone who is confident presenting treatment plans, educating patients, and closing high-value package sales.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience working in a med spa.
Please do not apply if you do not have prior med spa experience. You must already be familiar with aesthetic treatments, terminology, and patient consultations.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience working in a medical spa (required)
- Strong understanding of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to:
- Botox
- Dermal fillers
- CO2 laser resurfacing
- Body contouring
- RF microneedling
- Endolaser or Endolift
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Medical-grade skincare
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, pricing, and financing options
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused
Responsibilities
- Meet with patients after their consultation with the provider.
- Present customized treatment plans and confidently close package sales.
- Educate patients on procedures, pricing, and treatment expectations.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients.
- Follow up with leads and existing patients to maximize conversions.
- Take professional before-and-after photos.
- Assist with front office duties, scheduling, and maintaining a smooth patient experience.
- Support the team with daily med spa operations as needed.
Compensation
- $20 per hour
- 5%–10% commission on package sales
- Excellent earning potential with uncapped commissions
- Opportunity to increase based on performance

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
