American Traveler is seeking a Surgical Technologist with pediatric OR experience for a night shift position at a major academic medical center in Baltimore, MD.

Pediatric OR setting within a large academic medical center (500+ bed facility)
-
Full range of surgical services including cardiac, general, neuro, ortho, plastics, GYN, ENT, ophthalmology, and trauma
-
Epic EMR used in a scrub role
-
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
-
Typical weekly schedule includes Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts
-
No on-call requirements

13-week contract
-
Minimum of 4–5 years of surgical technologist experience

Current pediatric OR experience required
-
Completion of an accredited surgical technology program required; certification (CST) is not required

Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed facility) required

BLS certification required

Epic EMR experience preferred

License required if applicable

SSN and DOB required for consideration

1 professional reference required for consideration

Provide scrub technologist support across a broad range of pediatric surgical specialties

Orientation is held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month; candidates must be cleared by 5:00 PM the Thursday prior to their start date
