EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This role focuses on providing therapy that builds on the abilities and interests of each individual while maintaining functional stability. The position emphasizes evaluating cognitive integrity and supporting consumers through personalized treatment approaches. As a Licensed Psychologist, you will perform the following duties:

Assessment Leadership: Represent psychological services on treatment teams and guide the development of treatment goals and plans

Therapy Delivery: Provide psychotherapy using approaches suited to each person’s needs and functional level

Program Development: Create and conduct remotivation and cognitive remediation programs in collaboration with other disciplines

Risk Evaluation: Perform patient risk assessments and develop crisis plans using approved methods

Clinical Documentation: Document evaluations, therapy progress, and assessments in accordance with hospital and Medicare requirements

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
