Must possess strong relationship building skills, enjoy delivering excellent customer service and have a serious interest in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Candidate must be organized, self driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Qualify all leads through in-depth information exchange and when appropriate schedule in office consultations, ultimately converting consults to surgery
- Administrative duties
- Work closely with the doctor to provide excellent customer service for patients during the in-office consultation
- Prepare and discuss quotes for all procedures, treatments and surgeries
- Work with hospital and surgery center to schedule patients for surgery and provide all pre-surgery instruction and necessary information
- Handle payments including retrieval of surgical funds from outside lending sources
- Turn over rooms
- Assist in some procedures/treatments as needed
Requirements:
- Must have a positive attitude and high level of interpersonal skills; friendly and engaging self-starter willing to contribute new ideas
- Ability to problem solve
- Exceptional writing/composition skills
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in MS Office and iOS
- Sales/ Medical background
- Bachelor's degree / Associates degree required.
