Outriders are essential to the smooth and safe operation of horse racing events and training sessions. They patrol the track during morning workouts, training sessions, and race days to enforce safety practices and respond to emergencies. In addition to track duties, Outriders care for their own horses, maintain stalls, and collaborate closely with gate crews, jockeys, and racetrack staff. This position requires strong horsemanship skills, physical endurance, and the ability to handle high-risk situations with professionalism.
