Anti-Aging Centers of Connecticut has been helping clients look and feel their best since 1998. We're seeking an organized, outgoing, and growth-minded Client Coordinator to join our team.
This is more than a front desk position. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients achieve their goals, and playing an active role in the growth of a successful medical spa.
Schedule
- Tuesday: 9:00am–3:00pm (West Haven)
- Wednesday: 9:15am–5:30pm (Fairfield)
- Thursday: 9:15am–5:30pm (Fairfield)
- Saturdays: As needed based on provider schedule, usually 1-2x / month 10am - 2pm (Fairfield)
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional client experience from first inquiry through follow-up
- Manage leads, consultations, and appointment scheduling
- Educate clients on treatments, memberships, skincare, and promotions
- Help clients commit to personalized treatment plans
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Support client retention, rebooking, and membership growth
- Answer calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and support daily operations
Qualifications
- Experience in medical aesthetics, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Confident discussing pricing, memberships, and treatment recommendations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
