What is required to be a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) at Zeabe?
- Delaware HHA Certification or CNA License (preferred — we will consider applicants with long-term tenure at previous employers)
- At least 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience
- Valid Delaware driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 20 consistent hours per week
- Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and documentation
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test
- Someone who takes their commitments seriously and shows up when they say they will
What does a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) at Zeabe do?
- Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, and support with daily living activities
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with laundry
- Help clients with errands and transportation
- Follow individualized care plans, infection control, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and protect client confidentiality
What is the schedule for a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) at Zeabe?
- Daytime shifts, Monday–Friday
- Weekend availability as needed
- Minimum 20 hours/week; up to 40 hours available
- Consistent weekly schedule — same days and times so you can plan ahead
What is the compensation for a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) at Zeabe?
- $15.00–$18.00/hr (increases with performance and tenure)
