Job Title: Seasonal Property Management Runner

Perdido Realty Vacations is a locally owned and operated vacation rental company dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality to our property owners and guests. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and proactive Seasonal Runner to join our team for the busy summer season!

Key Responsibilities
- Property Manager Assistance: Provide direct support to the Property Management team to ensure vacation rental units are guest-ready.
- Linens & Logistics: Efficiently transport and deliver clean linens, towels, and bedding to various short-term rental properties across Perdido Key.
- Inventory & Stocking: Deliver and distribute essential household stock items (e.g., paper products, soaps, trash bags, and kitchen essentials) to properties as needed.
- Property Preparation: Assist with basic property tasks under the direction of the Property Manager, ensuring standard presentation and cleanliness guidelines are met.
- Team Coordination: Maintain clear, real-time communication with Property Managers and Guest Services regarding the status of delivery and task completion.
Physical Requirements
- Heavy Lifting: Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move heavy bins of linens and supply boxes.
- Stamina & Mobility: Constantly bend, stoop, reach, and move about on foot, including climbing and descending multiple flights of stairs and/or stairwells.
- Coastal Environment: Ability to work comfortably in coastal climate conditions, including extreme heat, high humidity, and sun exposure.
- Visual & Manual Dexterity: Must be able to extend hands and arms in any direction and possess the close visual acuity needed to check off inventory lists and delivery logs accurately.
Special Requirements
- Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable personal transportation capable of delivering supplies/linens to multiple locations as needed, and valid auto insurance.
- Screening: Subject to a pre-employment background check and/or random drug screening.
- Schedule: Must have a flexible schedule, including mandatory availability on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays through Labor Day.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, delivery operations, or short-term rentals is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a knack for efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a fast-moving team.
