We are now hiring a Automotive Technician who can contribute to the standards that make our Renton location successful.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a B to A-level Automotive Technician who is confident with diagnostics, capable of performing complex mechanical repairs, and able to support and guide the back-shop team. This position plays a key leadership role in daily workflow and shop productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level mechanical repairs
- Lead and mentor the technician team, supporting workflow and quality control
- Complete routine maintenance services including brakes, fluids, tires, and inspections
- Conduct digital inspections on every vehicle
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Stay current on modern diagnostic tools and repair techniques
Requirements:
- B to A-level technician skill set with strong diagnostic ability
- Proven ability to lead and support a team of technicians
- Strong mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
- Ability to meet or beat book time consistently
- Must supply your own tools and toolbox
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE certifications preferred, not required
- Reliable, honest, and safety-oriented
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

- Hourly pay: $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience
- 12.5% Technician Incentive Plan, based on Parts and Labor dollars flagged weekly
