Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and system reliability.

Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and perform repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and preventive inspections to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including refrigerant line repairs and drainage issues.
- Repair appliances and mechanical components such as pumps and other equipment involved in HVAC operations.
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide professional, courteous service to residential and commercial customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC service experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles and construction standards.
- Experience with plumbing systems related to HVAC installations and repairs.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Background/drug test

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
