Sensology is the first-of-its-kind game show type sensory based competitive experience, located inside the Grand Sierra Resort. We're currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and charismatic Game Hosts to guide our guests through an unforgettable adventure.
As a Sense Host, you’ll welcome and lead guests through five immersive games designed around the five senses. You’ll be with them for over an hour, making sure they're engaged, entertained, and enjoying every moment.
In addition to Sensology, you'll also work at The Dart Side, our new interactive dart game experience located right next door. Both locations offer a fast-paced, fun, and customer-focused environment.
No prior experience in customer service? No problem! We’re happy to train the right candidates who bring positive energy and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide teams through each game, ensuring a smooth and exciting experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide exceptional guest service throughout the visit
- Follow all procedures, dress code, and safety protocols
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Serve drinks and snacks from our bar (bartending duties included)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card (required for bartending duties)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn our POS and in-house systems
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
