Position Overview:We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, increase engagement, and attract new clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, understands social media trends, and can create content that aligns with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create eye-catching graphics, promotional flyers, and marketing materials
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Stay current on social media trends, viral content, holidays, and relevant industry events
- Create content calendars and campaign ideas
- Write engaging captions and hashtags
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Engage with followers and build an online community
- Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports
- Recommend strategies to increase reach, engagement, bookings, and brand awareness
- Ensure all content aligns with the Trésor Esthetics brand and voice
Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
- Strong video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, short-form content)
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not required
