You are the hands-on clinical backbone of our Raleigh clinic. Your days are spent working directly with patients; running sessions, operating equipment, and making sure every person who walks through our doors feels cared for. You'll also help keep daily operations on track.
Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Care (Primary Focus) Under clinical supervision, run neurofeedback sessions and brain scans directly with patients. Operate and maintain equipment, administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and complete thorough session documentation from start to finish.
- Patient Experience Build rapport with patients across their course of treatment. Create a calm, welcoming environment and support patient retention through consistent, high-quality care.
- Operational Support Keep the clinic running smoothly day to day: manage session scheduling flow, track office and clinical supplies, and flag operational issues or patient-care trends to the Director.
Hours (Subject to Change)
- Tuesday: 11:00am - 6:15p
- Wednesday: 10:30a - 6:15p (as needed)*
- Thursday: 11:00am - 6:15p
- Friday: 10:30a - 6:15p
- Saturday (every other): 8:30a - 1:15p

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
