What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but here's what you can expect:
- Manage our Accounts Payable process and keep vendor payments running smoothly.
- Prepare and send accurate customer invoices on time.
- Process bank deposits and accurately record financial transactions.
- Work your magic in Microsoft Excel using formulas, spreadsheets, and data management.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with billing questions professionally and courteously.
- Reconcile accounts and help ensure our financial records stay accurate.
- Work closely with our operations, project management, and leadership teams.
- Keep financial records organized and up-to-date.
- Jump in on special projects and help improve our processes as we continue to grow.
What We're Looking For
You're probably a great fit if you have:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, or Accounting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, and data entry are second nature).
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to prioritize work and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
