Are you passionate about health, wellness, and creating memorable experiences? FitPros is looking for motivated Event Staff to join our team for exciting Health Fairs being held in two locations:
- July 30th from 1PM -6:30PM in Odessa, TX
- July 31st from 12PM -5:30PM in Odessa, TX
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in event management, hospitality, and the wellness industry. We’re seeking individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of this dynamic event.
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the overall success of the fair, including:
Event execution (day-of):
- Serve as on-site lead for setup, break down, and vendor coordination
- Troubleshoot any technical or logistical issues (e.g., QR codes, signage)
- Capture photos and video content from the event
- Manage raffle prizes, fair activities, and staffing on-site
- Ensure all materials are organized and ready for use
We’re looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, an enthusiasm for health and wellness, and a strong interest in developing their skills in event management and hospitality.
