We’re looking for a Support Staff- sales - to help us grow our fitness community by the beach at F45 Santa Monica. This role is part connector, part hype squad, and part sales driver. You’ll be the friendly face who gets people excited to join (and stay in) our F45 fam.
This is an in-person role — we want your energy in the studio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hit and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day
- Stay on top of follow-ups through text, email, and messaging
- Welcome new visitors, present pricing, and convert trials into members
- Join at least one F45 workout per week to stay connected to the training
- Represent the F45 brand with positivity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sales experience (fitness sales is a plus)
- Strong people skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with managers, coaches, and members
- CPR/AED/First Aid certified (preferred)
- Tech savvy with tools like Google Sheets Ring Central, MindBody ,LoyalSnap etc.
