We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening nursing team. Shift
What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assess residents and report changes in condition.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Complete accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents living with dementia and other geriatric conditions.
Qualifications
- Current Georgia LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
