Job Summary
Stone Creek Ranch is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to oversee client relationship development, inbound lead management, and high-value hunt sales for one of Texas’ premier trophy hunting destinations.
This position is focused on developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate groups, outdoor enthusiasts, and repeat clientele while managing an established sales pipeline through our CRM platform. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably an existing network within the oil & gas, ranching, outdoor recreation, or trophy hunting industries.
This is not a travel-based sales role or high-volume cold-calling position. The successful candidate will primarily manage inbound inquiries, nurture prospective clients, develop referral relationships, and grow repeat business opportunities through exceptional customer engagement and follow-up.
Stone Creek Ranch provides an established CRM system, active inbound lead flow, and an existing client and prospect database, allowing the Outside Sales Manager to focus on relationship development, pipeline growth, and high-value booking opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within targeted markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions that foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct business development activities including prospecting, cold calling, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Utilize Stone Creek Ranch's existing CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze pipeline data, and generate reports for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and maximizing profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and actively maintain an established CRM pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Sell trophy hunt packages, corporate hunting experiences, lodging, and related services
- Qualify leads and guide clients through the booking process
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, follow-up tasks, and sales activity
- Develop repeat business and referral opportunities
- Coordinate closely with operations and booking staff to ensure a high-end client experience
- Follow up with past clients regarding future hunts, referrals, and corporate opportunities
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the customer lifecycle
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or relationship-based business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and general computer proficiency
- Ability to manage pipelines, follow-up schedules, and client relationships independently
- Existing relationships or network connections within oil & gas, outdoor recreation, ranching, hunting, or related industries strongly preferred
- Knowledge of hunting, outdoor hospitality, or trophy hunting industry preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional demeanor.

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
