Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a private home setting
- Monitor and document vital signs and assess the client's overall medical condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with family members and care coordinators
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required (private duty or home health experience is a plus)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and attention to detail
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
