Position Overview
BeeWise Behavior is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team.
In this role, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services that empower children and their families to achieve meaningful, lasting progress. You'll collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team while receiving the support and autonomy needed to provide exceptional clinical care.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique strengths and needs.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through ongoing training, coaching, and clinical support.
- Analyze treatment data and modify programming to ensure continued client progress.
- Partner closely with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to promote skill generalization and long-term success.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation that meets ethical, accreditation, and payer requirements.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethical and compassionate ABA practice.
- Stay current with emerging research and best practices within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Duties
- Conduct behavioral assessments to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including medical records and treatment plans
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis methods
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
