Quality Technician:
Are you passionate about precision and take pride in ensuring things are done right the first time? We're looking for a Quality Support Technician to play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers rely on.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the first line of defense against non-conforming products, making sure they don’t move further through production or reach our customers. You'll work closely with the production team to spot issues early, support process improvements, and keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct regular in-process and final inspections on products throughout the production cycle.
- Use precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product compliance.
- Ensure that any non-conforming materials are properly identified and removed from the production flow.
- Perform equipment calibrations to keep tools accurate and production quality high.
- Carry out workstation audits to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager and production team to support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment (1–2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with basic measuring tools and inspection techniques.
- A keen eye for detail and strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
